Wuxi OCHI Testing Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2010, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of material testing equipment. We are dedicated to providing global customers with high-quality, high-performance, and highly reliable metallographic preparation equipment, material analysis instruments, and total laboratory solutions. Headquartered in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, OCHI owns a 5,000㎡ modern factory and R&D center, with over 80 employees, of which more than 30% are technical R&D personnel. Our products are widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, machinery processing, metallurgy, foundry, scientific research institutions, and are exported to over 30 countries and regions including Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, serving more than 500 laboratories and enterprise customers worldwide.

Technology Leadership

OCHI holds over 20 national patents and software copyrights, with multiple technologies reaching internationally advanced levels. Our self-developed intelligent pressure control system achieves precise control of grinding/polishing force (±1N), ensuring flat and deformation-free sample surfaces; the servo motor drive system maintains stable speed within ±1r/min, delivering high torque suitable for various hard materials.

Reliable Quality

OCHI strictly implements the ISO9001:2015 quality management system. From raw material procurement and parts processing to final assembly, every step follows strict quality control standards. Each machine undergoes at least 72 hours of continuous load testing before shipment, ensuring long-term operational stability. We promise: 1-year warranty for the whole machine, 2 years for key components.

Comprehensive Service

We have a professional after-sales service team, 7×24 online response, and promise to provide a solution within 48 hours. We offer remote video guidance, on-site training, regular return visits, etc. We have authorized service centers in Europe and Southeast Asia, with spare parts warehouses for fast delivery, minimizing customer downtime.

Customization

For special materials or testing requirements, OCHI provides customized solutions. From fixture design and software functions to machine modification, our engineering team works closely with customers to develop the most suitable solution. To date, we have successfully customized over 100 non-standard devices for domestic and international clients.

R&D and Innovation

OCHI’s R&D center covers 800 square meters and is equipped with over 30 testing devices, including high-precision hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, spectrometers, etc. The R&D team consists of senior experts in materials science, mechanical design, automation control, with 40% holding master’s degrees or above. We have established industry-university-research cooperation with several domestic universities and research institutes to tackle technical challenges together.

Each year we launch 3-5 new products or upgraded models, keeping our product line competitive.

Incoming inspection

All purchased parts must pass incoming inspection, with 100% inspection for critical components.

Process control

Multiple quality control points are set up during production, with operator self-inspection + inspector patrol.

Finished product test

Each machine undergoes 72-hour continuous aging test under simulated harsh conditions.

Final inspection

Performance test, safety test, appearance check before shipment.
