Metallographic Polishing Lubricant & Coolant is a specially formulated auxiliary consumable for manual and automatic metallographic sample polishing, matching perfectly with diamond polishing suspension, diamond spray, silica polishing fluid and various polishing cloths. It solves common problems in traditional polishing processes, such as excessive heat generation from dry friction, surface burning and deformation of soft metal samples, clogging of polishing cloth pores, and uneven abrasive distribution. This mild, low-foam fluid forms a thin and uniform lubricating film between the sample and polishing pad, effectively reducing friction coefficient and quickly dissipating grinding heat, while preventing abrasive agglomeration and cloth clogging. It helps achieve a more consistent, scratch-free mirror surface, prolongs the service life of polishing cloths and abrasives, and ensures stable and efficient sample preparation for metallographic laboratories.
