The Macrostructure Electrolytic Etching Device CME-2000X adopts electrolytic etching technology for macrostructure display of metal materials. Compared with traditional hot acid etching, it uses only half hydrochloric acid concentration, requires no heating, greatly reduces acid fume volatilization and improves working environment. The power control unit and etching tank can be placed separately at long distance to protect operators and electrical parts. It supports simultaneous multi‑sample batch processing with high efficiency and strong repeatability, ideal for factories, labs and inspection institutions with high sample throughput.
