Automatic turret Vickers hardness tester with touch screen, auto objective/indenter switching, high precision, suitable for micro-hardness test of thin materials, coatings and precision parts.
The MHVS5Z is a high-precision automatic Vickers hardness tester with a large 7-inch color touch screen and automatic turret design. It enables automatic switching between objective lens and indenter, ensuring high positioning accuracy. The optical system with adjustable brightness provides clear indentation observation. Indentation diagonal is input via encoder to reduce human error. It supports hardness conversion, USB data output and PC communication, widely used for micro-hardness testing of thin materials, surface coatings, electronics, medical devices and precision components.
