The Intergranular Corrosion Tester OCT-4S is a professional testing instrument used to detect intergranular corrosion resistance of stainless steel, duplex steel, alloy steel and other metal materials. It adopts 4-station independent control design, which can run 4 groups of tests at the same time to improve working efficiency. Equipped with a color touch screen, it supports multi-language operation and stores up to 100 groups of user-defined test methods. The instrument has complete safety protection functions including over-temperature protection, condensate water detection, leakage protection and optional liquid leakage sensor, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It is widely used in quality inspection, material research and production testing in petrochemical, boiler pressure vessel, aerospace and metallurgical industries.
