Intelligent hot acid etching equipment for macrostructure inspection of steel, alloy and metal materials, with PID temperature control, touch screen, closed anti‑corrosion tank and safe operation.
The Macrostructure Hot Acid Etching Device HSC-2000 is specially used for macrostructure display and defect inspection of metal materials such as steel, alloy, castings and forgings. It adopts computer and silicon controlled rectifier to realize full-process automatic control, with unique PID temperature control algorithm to ensure high etching repeatability and reduce human error. The control unit and etching tank are separated to prolong service life. The closed acid tank made of special acid‑resistant and high‑temperature resistant material effectively prevents acid fume volatilization and ensures operator safety. It is widely used in steel mills, foundries, quality inspection centers and material laboratories.
